  • RDI Account Executives have experience gathering appropriate information to implement our clients’ workspace and project goals. We understand sustainability and ergonomic issues, workplace trends and strategies to optimize space and budgets.

    Our significant history working with the healthcare industry provides particular expertise in hospital and clinical environments.

    Our Account Executives have extensive product knowledge and continually research the latest products and innovative design solutions. Their experience and knowledge informs the solutions, products and services they propose to meet our clients’ budget, design or functional needs.

    Our long standing business relationships with respected manufacturers allow RDI to remain competitive while continuing to provide the high level of personal attention and service our clients expect from us.

  • We take a fully integrated approach to project management, developing a comprehensive plan that is organized and communicated to all stakeholders. RDI Project Managers are involved with projects from the onset and assume responsibility for specifications and floor plan review.

    Our Project Managers attend project meetings and actively participate in the process, working in tandem with clients, their representatives, building management, construction trades, and our resources to ensure a successful project.

  • A successful project begins with design. Our certified designers utilize the latest CAD drawing, visualization and specification technology. They are experienced and skilled in space planning, product application, code and accessibility requirements.

    Furniture plans are illustrated in plan-view, 3-D and rendered to aid our clients in visualizing their future space. Furniture specifications are accurately generated from drawings using specification software.

    We maintain as-built plans and product inventory to streamline future furniture updates.

  • Through a combination of project scheduling, order tracking and facilitating, RDI Project Managers and Project Coordinators organize delivery and installation schedules, providing ample notice to all parties involved.

    Project Managers supervise, troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the installation phase. Upon completion, RDI will schedule and conduct a punch list walkthrough with our client or their representative.

    A comprehensive punch list and schedule is developed and managed through completion and client’s satisfaction.

  • We respond rapidly when our clients call us to address a product or quality issue that may arise.

    RDI facilitates any manufacturer warranty claim for service and parts on all products we sell.

    We take a proactive approach so that our clients realize the full value of their investment by scheduling orientation and training sessions, providing operation manuals, care and maintenance information and post-occupancy visits.
